She and her team at Sargento received major industry honors for the launch of Balanced Breaks Cheese & Crackers, which is on track to become the biggest, most successful launch in the company’s 68-year history. Mamuric was also selected as a 2022 Adweek Executive Mentee, where she and a group of selected program participants will receive one-on-one guidance from leading C-suite members. The Premier Marketing Award: REGGIE Award Since 1983, the REGGIE Awards have been the premier marketing awards program, recognizing the best brand activation marketing campaigns activated by brands and agencies. The name—REGGIE—was originally chosen because it symbolizes results by “making the cash register ring” with consumers. Honorees were recognized at the 2022 ANA REGGIE Awards Gala on April 12, 2022. Mamuric and her team at Sargento Foods received a Bronze ANA REGGIE Award in Partnership Marketing for their record-breaking results and co-branded campaign with Mondelez International that leveraged a custom beatbox track. The campaign helped tune out competitors and tune in Millennials to the latest snacking innovation from their favorite cheese (Sargento) and cracker brands (RITZ, TRISCUIT and WHEAT THINS snack crackers). “It was an honor to accept the award on behalf of Sargento Marketing, our agency team at Ogilvy and our external partners at Mondelez International,” Mamuric said. “The launch was a true team effort, and it was an even greater honor for the team’s work to be recognized as among the best in the industry.” The REGGIE Awards are sponsored by the Association of National Advertisers, whose mission is to drive growth for marketing professionals, brands and businesses, the industry and humanity. Guidance from the C-suite: Adweek executive mentor program In addition to receiving a REGGIE, Mamuric was also chosen as a 2022 Adweek Executive Mentee, where she and other selected participants will receive one-on-one guidance from leading C-suite members. The Adweek Executive Mentor Program was born out of the Adweek DEI Council to help advance DE&I in the C-suite by uplifting qualified, diverse talent through personalized advisement and guidance from accomplished leaders. Through a thorough matching process, they pair mid to senior-level marketers with top CMOs and C-Suite mentors to help accelerate their career goals. The program kicked off on May 19th during Adweek’s exclusive CMO Summit East event, an invitation-only gathering of CMOs and senior marketing leaders from some of the world’s leading brands. This year’s mentors include over 150 of the world’s top chief marketing officers, chief brand officers, presidents, chief executive officers, chief diversity officers, chief innovation officers and chief creative officers. “I am humbled and honored to be part of this talented group of marketers who are dedicated to growth and development, and I am thankful to Adweek for giving me this amazing opportunity,” Mamuric said.
