The IDDRC@WUSTL, along with collaborator St. Louis Children&＃8217;s Hospital, is a member of a network of 14 Intellectual and Developmental Disability Research Centers (IDDRC&＃8217;s) funded by the Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development through an act of Congress in 1963. These centers are located in some of the nation&＃8217;s top universities and children&＃8217;s hospitals and are committed to advancing knowledge, prevention, and treatment of intellectual and developmental disability.
