How to Contact Us Email CCPS Call 314-935-6695 Office Hours Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri: 8 a.m.-5p.m. Wednesday: 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Our interdisciplinary team fosters personal, emotional and academic well-being by offering comprehensive therapeutic services, outreach and prevention programs. Current CCPS Services (Last Updated 4/9/24) CCPS is providing services both in-person as well as via zoom. Note that if you are scheduled for an in-person appointment and are experiencing symptoms but would still like to meet with your counselor, please call 314-935-6695 or message your provider so your appointment can be changed to a zoom appointment. Please do not attend your in-person appointment if you are feeling ill. You will not be charged a late cancellation fee due to illness. During peak times of the semester, students may immediately initiate therapy by utilizing TimelyCare. All enrolled Wash U students who pay the health and wellness fee have access to free, 24/7 telehealth support with TimelyCare, which offers 24/7 TalkNow consultations, scheduled counseling, psychiatry, and medical visits.  A referral from Habif is not required and we encourage you to enroll now so you have easy access later! To meet with a TimelyCare provider, set-up an account by visiting the TimelyCare website and download the TimelyCare app. To explore community-based mental health provider options, please use our new resource ThrivingCampus. A Word about Confidentiality Confidentiality is often a concern of someone who is considering counseling. The CCPS staff is firmly committed to the code of confidentiality and ethics of professional practice; therefore, complete privacy can be assured UNLESS the student is a danger to themself or others. Without permission of the student, mental health records are not available to anyone outside or within the university.
