The course will focus on concision, and on reading, writing, and thinking critically about microfiction. We'll read books by Joy Williams, Khadijah Queen, Luis Jaramillo, along with many other pieces of microfiction ranging from the realistic to the fantastic to the wildly experimental. This course counts toward the Creative Writing Concentration.
