How to apply Under close mentorship, fellows receive hands-on training in patient care and clinical research, develop clinical and teaching skills, and connect to a national network of family planning experts. Fellows receive a stipend equal to PGY 5 and 6, health insurance benefits are available, and tuition for graduate courses. Our fellows develop outstanding clinical skills and exceptional teaching abilities while making meaningful contributions to clinical research. Program Our mission is to provide patient-centered care that advances the reproductive healthcare of all, especially the medically underserved. The Complex Family Planning fellowship focuses on clinical research, teaching, and clinical practice to develop future leaders with expertise in family planning. Under close mentorship, fellows receive hands-on training in patient care and clinical research, develop clinical and teaching skills, and connect to a national network of family planning experts. These skills will allow them to pursue careers as Complex Family Planning experts and advance human health through the best clinical care, innovative research, and the education of tomorrow’s leaders in biomedicine in a culture that supports diversity, inclusion, critical thinking, and creativity.
