This approach ensures that students not only understand the theoretical aspects of finance but also gain proficiency in utilizing advanced software and methodologies for financial case analyses. The challenging and innovative quantitative finance program has been instrumental in my growth as a finance professional. Be proactive, passionate and persistent in overcoming challenges, and seek out hidden opportunities, which won’t always come knocking on your door. Being active in clubs, and networking events and projects will help you grow professionally and expand your connections. Through my involvement in various clubs, councils and events, I have had the opportunity to interact with a diverse range of people at Olin, and I’ve made efforts to provide academic assistance and career advice whenever possible, or simply to lend a sympathetic ear. Use the Career Center The career center has prepared me for my career with resume and cover-letter reviews, interview preparation and job-search strategies. The team has also organized numerous networking events, workshops and employer presentations, allowing me to engage with industry professionals and explore opportunities.
