Intersex kids may have atypical genitalia, reproductive or urinary organs, or chromosome patterns.  We welcome patients with any of these differences of sex development. Team-Based Approach for DSDs Treatment for people with differences of sex development is sometimes complex. In many cases, it requires a team-based approach that coordinates the expertise of multiple specialists (known as multidisciplinary care).  Our team includes a variety of specialists, including:  Pediatric endocrinologists Pediatric and adolescent gynecologists  Social workers  Pediatric urologists Child and adolescent psychiatrists  Pediatric psychologists Reproductive endocrinologists Geneticists Our DSD team is here to provide you and your child with the best evidence-based care, support and resources.
