AIAS Up-Cycling Program AIAS Sustainability Committee is aiming to make Sam Fox School more sustainable by up-cycling donated materials and sharing them back to students. Find out more about how use and or donate materials. BOX File Storage Students, faculty, and staff are provided with a Box storage account for saving and backing up files. Campus Card Services The WUSTL ID card is your gateway to life at Washington University. Your official photo ID on campus provides access to buildings, Sumers Recreation Center, residence halls, libraries, etc. If there are any card access issues or requests please email Charis Norell Canvas Students, faculty and staff can log in to Canvas learning management system to access course content. Contacting Sam Fox IT Staff Sam Fox School IT Staff are able to meet one-on-one for technical help.  Follow these instructions to schedule time using the Microsoft Office Email Scheduling Assistant. Creative St. Louis Opportunities A platform for designers, artists, architects, and other creative people to find out about the opportunities and needs of the St. Louis community. Features requests volunteers and contract work for artists and designers, including architecture, landscape architecture, graphic design, and more. Also includes events and resources external to WashU. Digital Fabrication The Sam Fox School’s digital fabrication lab supports studio and coursework assignments, as well as independent research projects conducted by students and faculty. Disability Resources Disability Resources (DR) is the official resource for students on the Danforth Campus who have disabilities or suspected disabilities. DR is dedicated to ensuring that every student with a disability will have equal access to our campus and academic programs whether they are undergraduate, graduate, professional, or continuing education students. Emergency Conditions Policy This policy applies during emergency conditions that may include severe winter weather, flooding, civil disturbances, pandemic events, or other notable events or incidents that have the potential to compromise life safety or significantly disrupt university operations. Exhibition and Installation of Work Policy regarding exhibition and installation of work in any interior or exterior Sam Fox School spaces. Fox Fridays A weekly, low-stress workshop series introducing the WashU community to overlooked or under-known tools, resources, and processes. Fox Fridays is a platform for students to develop hybridized practices of creative output which transcend discipline, medium, and experience. Grievance / Grade Dispute Policy IT Help Desk Ticket Sam Fox School IT primarily supports Audio Visual (AV) and Printing technology. However, we work with WashU IT and TechDen to help in all situations. Lab Software This is the standard software list for the various labs. Please note that we update each lab over the summer and or when systems are replaces. Make sure to request non-standard software each semester. Posting Guidelines for Printed Material Printing Cost Guide This list includes studio area Xerox or Canon printers and Whitaker Learning Lab plotters/printers. Pricing is listed on signs above each plotters/printers. Printing Help Sam Fox School IT only supports AV and Printing. However, we work with WashU IT and Student Technology Services to help in all situations. Printing Refund Request Sam Fox School IT will review all printing refund request within two weeks of the incident. Please review the instructions for submitting a request and policies. Reserve-a-Space To book a Sam Fox School classroom or critique space you must use the Reserve-a-Space system at this link. The Reserve-a-Space system will allow you to book a space at the desired date and time for a meeting, event, or academic use. Reserve-a-Space will be open to make reservation requests starting on Tuesday, September 7.
