Work-Life Solutions (Employee Assistance Program (EAP) – Work-Life Solutions offers free confidential, 24/7 support, resources and information for Washington University employees.  Psych Hub Videos– was developed to help people overcome mental health challenges through multi-media education for every learning style. Psych Hub’s robust library of over 1000 proprietary educational assets includes: courses, videos, podcasts, text-based and shareable content. Helpful outside resources The Science of Well-Being– Offered by Yale. In this course you will engage in a series of challenges designed to increase your own happiness and build more productive habits. Pause A Moment (PAM)– was designed by researchers at Stanford with the hope of assisting health care workers with navigating the long-term effects of the pandemic, such as chronic stress and post-traumatic stress disorder, as well as other difficult situations. Although the program was developed with health care workers in mind, it’s accessible to anyone with a computer or mobile phone who needs help. It’s also free. Duke Health: The resilience tools are evidence-based, interactive, and specifically designed for busy healthcare workers. Interventions last between 3-15 days. Participants will receive prompts for the tools via email or text message WELL-B for pandemic recovery: flyer: WELL-B 4 hours flyer.pdf American Foundation for Suicide Prevention: Suicide prevention resources for healthcare professionals from the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention Physician Support Line: Crisis support to physicians, trainees, and medical students.
