This service is available daily during designated hours to all members of the WashU community. Habif Health and Wellness Center For issues concerning students’ physical and mental health. “Let’s Talk” Available Monday through Friday, “Let’s Talk” is a program that provides students with easy access to free, brief confidential consultations with counselors from Mental Health Services. Mental Health Services (MHS) MHS is committed to providing a safe, inclusive and affirming community of care for all students.  Our interdisciplinary team fosters personal, emotional and academic well-being by offering comprehensive therapeutic services, outreach and prevention programs. Relationship and Sexual Violence Prevention Center (RSVP) The RSVP Center operates from a public health model and utilizes trauma informed practices, response and prevention education to address relationship and sexual violence. 24-hour services are available for individuals in immediate need of assistance, such as hospital care, reporting an assault to police or emergency housing accommodations. Title IX & Gender Equity The Gender Equity and Title IX Compliance Office is committed to responding to discrimination – including sexual harassment and sexual violence – in an effective, timely and transparent manner. We are equally committed to ensuring any individuals involved in these incidents will be treated as respectfully and fairly as possible. TimelyCare As part of Washington University’s ongoing efforts to prioritize the health and well-being of the campus community, students paying the Student Health and Wellness fee now have immediate access to medical and mental health support through TimelyCare. This technology offers students a 24/7 campus health and counseling center partner that is as easy and convenient as making a video or phone call. Through the TimelyCare app on their phone or other device, WashU students can now select from a wide-ranging menu of virtual care options from licensed physicians and counselors in all 50 states – at no additional cost to them and without the hassle of traditional insurance – including:  On-demand medical care Appointment-based medical care On-demand mental health support (TalkNow) Appointment-based mental health counseling Psychiatric support Health coaching Washington University Police Department For emergencies on campus, call 314-935-5555 or 911.  The WASHU Safe App is FREE and offers updated features to address and promote student, faculty and staff safety on campus, including important safety alerts and access to campus safety resources. The ‘Friend Walk’ and ‘Mobile Blue Light’ are great features in this new app, which is available in the the Apple or Android App stores. WashU Cares Faculty, staff, parents and friends are often the first to notice concerning behavior. If you are concerned about the physical or mental well-being of a student, please review the resources provided and consider filing a WashU Cares report.
