She works closely with Vice Dean Andrew Brown to support faculty processes in Arts & Sciences, coordinating the tenure and promotion process, the search and hiring process, and external reviews of Arts & Sciences departments and programs. Erin oversees administrative support in the Office of the Dean of Arts & Sciences and disseminates information about A&S processes and policies to chairs, directors, and administrative staff in Arts & Sciences.
