EZproxy uses campus Single Sign On with Duo two-factor authentication. If you have issues with Duo please contact the WashU IT Service Desk ([email protected] | (314) 933-3333).  You can check your Duo settings by going to https://connect.wustl.edu/2fa and clicking on the "manage enrollment" button. If you&＃39;re having trouble signing in or accessing resources that you believe you should be able to reach, please contact the Libraries Help Desk (Libraries Help Page | (314) 935-5420). Helpful Hint Do you frequently access library resources from off campus?  Bookmark this Off-Campus Access page in your web browser, and start all of your research from here, if you wish.  You will be directed to the University Libraries homepage after logging in to the proxy server with your WUSTL key. What is a proxy server? Why is a proxy server needed?  How does it work? Most of the databases and e-journals provided by Washington University Libraries are on the web, but NOT free.  The Libraries purchase access to them from companies (vendors).  The agreements with these vendors limit access to current WU students, faculty, and staff.  If you are not on the WU campuses, you must log on with your WUSTL key and have your affiliation with the University recognized. After you have logged in, you should not be challenged again for your ID and password - until you turn off your computer or close your browser.  Need help with your WUSTL Key or password?  Visit the WUSTL Connect help page. You&＃39;ll know you are "proxied" when you see "libproxy.wustl.edu" in the first part of the URL in your browser&＃39;s address bar.  If you type in a new URL in the browser&＃39;s address box, you will leave the proxy service!
