Department seminar series The department’s weekly seminar series invites speakers to give a one-hour talk, followed by a Q&A session with attendees. Most of these are hybrid in-person/virtual events. IDDRC seminar series The Department of Neuroscience and the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Research Center (IDDRC) host the monthly IDDRC seminar series that focuses on research on developmental disorders. Mildred Trotter Lecture The Mildred Trotter lecture invites accomplished women scientists to share their work. The distinguished event honors Mildred Trotter, PhD, who was a member of the Washington University School of Medicine for more than 55 years. Robert J. Terry Lecture The Robert J. Terry lecture acknowledges the contributions of Dr. Terry to the teaching on human anatomy. He was a leader in the anatomy department at Washington University School of Medicine for more than four decades.
