CANDIE Meetings 2021 CPT Evaluation & Management Office or Other Outpatient Services Telehealth Services Employee Responsibility ​​Employees have a responsibility to report activities that are inconsistent with University policies or legal requirements for billing of professional services.  Reports may be anonymous and will be held in strictest confidence.  Employees who report a billing concern in good faith will not be subjected to retaliation or harassment.
