Student Outcomes Profiles Aaron Amos Data Analyst Centene Corp. Residence St. Louis MO Interest Student Pilot Flexibility for a Demanding Schedule Responsibilities As a data analyst in healthcare, my responsibilities include cooperating with cross-functional teams on data science initiatives. Among other duties, I manage and maintain the member innovation dashboard, a website that presents the results of data science projects. Why Olin? I saw firsthand the transformative effect that Olin’s Executive MBA program had on my sister, and it sparked my desire to further my education. Commitments to my job and family made in-person classes impossible, but Olin’s online program has fit the bill perfectly. Its flexibility has allowed me to study at a top business school while continuing in my career and managing a demanding schedule. Favorite Course The concepts taught in Database Design and Structured Query Language have been applicable to my work and career. Even after completing the coursework, I find myself revisiting the material to refresh my knowledge. Advice for Other Students Be sure to participate in the Zoom orientation, which will brief you on the program’s requirements, university culture and available resources. To succeed in the program: Attend every video and live session. Review all assigned video lectures, and master the materials independently. Ask questions of professors and teaching assistants. Don’t be afraid to admit to any struggles you’re experiencing. Your instructors have your back. A Surprise I’m a student pilot. The program’s flexibility has allowed me to study at a top business school while continuing in my career and managing a demanding schedule.
