Eligible nominees should be DOM faculty members who have shown impactful leadership as sponsors, mentors, collaborators, or motivators, significantly contributing to the career advancement of women. We welcome nominees from all tracks and ranks.   The nomination requires at least one letter for faculty at the Instructor/Assistant level and at least two letters for faculty at the Associate level and above. Letters can be authored by an individual or a group of individuals who have been impacted by the nominee.    Nominating letters should include specific details of how the nominee aided in the career development and advancement of women. Please review the matrix for examples within each of the domains of sponsorship, mentorship, collaborations, and inspiration. DOM faculty, trainees, or staff members may submit nominations.
