Pre-authorization required. This service does not provide transportation to or from off campus locations. Operating Hours The service operates only during the academic session, Monday through Friday. The first trip of the day is at 7:30 a.m., and the last request for service will be accepted at 5:20 p.m. Eligibility & Authorization Students can obtain pre-authorization from Disability Resources or the Habif Health & Wellness Center. Requesting Transportation Once authorized, request needed transportation via our TripShot app. To book a medical escort ride: Download TripShot app. Login using the service name “WashU” and WUSTL Key. Choose “On Demand” and tap “Where would you like to go”.  Using WashU building names, add your origin and destination.  Review both entries and times entered before clicking “Request Ride” to confirm your trip. Services are operated on a first-come, first-served basis. Every effort is made to serve all passengers requesting service in a timely manner.
