Each programs allows you to experience Washington University in St. Louis and gain skills in and outside of the classroom. Explore each program we offer.  BOLD@Olin BOLD@Olin is a one-week residential program through the Olin Business School. The WashU BOLD@Olin program will immerse you in life-changing opportunities for learning, networking, and personal growth. The program is open to rising junior or senior high school students. Gateway to Business Course The Gateway to Business course is a comprehensive introduction to business, leadership and teamwork skills development, and career preparedness. Designed for high school students who may or may not be interested in pursuing business as a major or minor, the curriculum for the first half of the course includes a foundational view of business, creative problem solving, experiential learning, professional communications, career strategies and the creation of a professional development plan. For the second half of the course, students choose from one of two concentration options. The entrepreneurship concentration curriculum includes real-world examples of founding, operating and exiting a startup, how to think like an entrepreneur, and potential career paths. The sports business concentration provides an overview of the major industry aspects, including revenues, collective bargaining, media rights, sponsorships and endorsements. 2023 Admitted Students Information Page The Admitted Students Information Page will house all important information for your program, so it is important that you and your parents review it very carefully and check back regularly for updates.
