Special Group Visits are offered for students in grades 9 through 12 and in groups of 5 to 44 students. One chaperone is required for every 10 students. Contact us at [email protected] to begin the process of scheduling your group visit at least 2 weeks before your preferred visit date. Organizers will receive a link to submit a visit request form. All group visits are held Tuesdays through Thursdays in either the morning or afternoon. You will be asked to select your first and second choice of dates on the form. Requests are reviewed and given a response within 10 days of submission. Please know that we may not be able to accommodate all requests. All campus visits are subject to policy updates regarding COVID protocols based on the public health situation at the time. Masking is strongly recommended indoors while you’re on WashU’s campus. We encourage, but do not require, campus visitors to be vaccinated. Learn more about our response to COVID-19 and the university’s interim policies for visitors. Please note that sessions and/or tours may be canceled if extreme weather poses a severe risk to staff or student safety. Please note, the Office of Undergraduate Admissions cannot accommodate visits for students below 9th grade.
