Your comfort and quality of life are our highest priorities. The pelvic floor includes the female pelvic organs – the uterus, bladder, vagina and rectum – as well as the muscles, ligaments, connective tissue and nerves that help support and control them. Our urogynecologists are board-certified obstetrician/gynecologists (Ob/Gyns) with expertise in the evaluation and treatment of pelvic floor conditions including: Incontinence Pelvic organ prolapse Fistulas Bowel disorders Birth-related injuries Recurrent UTI’s We approach these conditions with a unique, multidisciplinary approach to achieve the best possible outcomes for patients. Patients receive a comprehensive evaluation at one of our three St. Louis offices, and our physicians work closely with each patient to understand individual needs and customize a treatment plan.
