Washington University’s Department of Otolaryngology offers two residency tracks: a five-year Clinical Residency Program, and a seven-year Physician-Scientist Training Program. Read more» Deadlines Our deadline for receiving applications is Thursday, September 28, 2023. Please make sure your application is complete. Everything we need from you should be in your ERAS application for the initial review. Applicants to the Physician-Scientist Training Program must email their research supplemental directly to [email protected] by this same deadline. Interviews On Thursday, November 9, 2023, applicants selected for an interview will receive an invitation via email.  On Monday, November 13, 2023, the scheduling portal will be activated so that all invited applicants can schedule their interview day. Residency Interview Dates Friday, December 8, 2023 – 12:00pm to 5:00pm Saturday, December 9, 2023 – 8:00am to 5:00pm Saturday, January 20, 2024 – 8:00am to 5:00pm Please note: We are planning in-person interviews. For candidates traveling to St. Louis, the department will provide Friday night lodging at the Hilton Doubletree next to campus. (An additional night of reduced-rate lodging can be arranged at the candidate’s expense.) Residents will be hosting a social meet & greet hour for candidates on Friday evening. Attendance is encouraged, but optional. Interviewers: Many members of the clinical faculty will be interviewing candidates.
