Tour Sign-Up Open Search Summer 2024 Registration MedPrep II (Bio 2654) Course Dates: 5/20/24 &＃8211; 8/18/24Classes will be held on the following Mondays: 5/20 (5:00-6:50 pm) &＃8211; 2 hours &＃8211; Mandatory attendance (cannot take course if absent)Remainder of classes are: 5:00-5:50 pm on: 6/3, 6/17, 7/1, 7/15, 7/29, 8/12Last day of shadowing: 8/18Classroom location: Simon 023Shadowing: 4 hours every other week (shadowing every week is permitted, space permitting)Course credit: 1 Credit, Pass/FailExam schedule: No examsAttendance: Required for all sessionsClass limit: 75 students Step 1: Check Your Eligibility To be eligible for MedPrep II for the Summer 2024 semester you must: Have completed MedPrep I (Bio 2651) in a prior semester  Be a full-time WashU undergraduate or a student enrolled in the WashU Post-Bac Premed Program Not be concurrently enrolled in PEMRAP I (Bio 2652) or PEMRAP II (Bio 2658) Step 2: &＃8220;Pre-register&＃8221; in WebStac &＃8211; starts on March 27 Starting on March 27 at 9 am, students may complete the first registration step for MedPrep II by registering through WebStac. This is really a &＃8220;pre-registration&＃8221; step as Step 3 must be completed to hold a spot in the course. This step must be completed BEFORE Step 3 below. Please note that when you register through WebStac you will be waitlisted automatically. The course coordinator will complete your registration in WebStac after you have completed the remaining 3 steps below.  Pre-register in WebStac Step 3: Register Here &＃8211; starts on March 27 Starting on March 27 at 9 am, students may register for the course by clicking on the button below. Step 2 must be completed BEFORE this step. After completing Step 3, you will receive an immediate confirmation that you have been tentatively registered in MedPrep or placed on the waitlist. Those who have been tentatively registered must complete Steps 4 and 5 within 30 days in order to keep their spot in the course. The course coordinator will then complete your registration in WebStac. Those who have been waitlisted should wait until they have been notified that a spot has opened up before completing the final two steps.  Register for MedPrep II Step 4 &＃8211; Complete TB testing within 30 days Step 4 & 5 may be completed in any order Submit the results of QuantiFERON®-TB Gold test within 30 days of registration Click here for details Step 5 &＃8211; Complete HIPAA training within 30 days Step 4 & 5 may be completed in any order Email Erin Gerrity the HIPAA completion certificate within 30 days of registration If your HIPAA training was done more than 1 year from the start of this course you must repeat the training To complete the training log in using your WUSTL key and password and click on &＃8220;Enroll&＃8221; HIPPA Training Finish Here &＃8211; Read This! Because of the enormous interest in this course, Steps 4 and 5 must be completed within 30 days of registration or one&＃8217;s spot in the course will be forfeited and given to the next person on the wait list. Attendance at the first class on May 20 is absolutely required to continue in this course. This session runs from 5:00-6:50 pm and will not be repeated. Excused absences will not be given for any reason, including illness or emergency.
