This in-person activity is designed for physicians, nurses, and pharmacists working in the areas of medical oncology, hematology, pathology, radiation oncology, radiology, neurology, hospital, internal, general, geriatric and family medicine or surgery (general, oncology, thoracic, colorectal and urology). It may also be of interest to physician assistants and other health professionals who care for cancer patients. The course will include multiple presentations developed based on new information presented at the ASCO Annual Meeting. These presentations will be placed in the context of updates in treating and diagnosing malignant diseases, with particular highlights in Genitourinary, Gastrointestinal, Lung, Breast, and Head and Neck Cancer, Central Nervous System (CNS) Tumors, Melanoma, Sarcoma, Lymphoma and will provide a Toxicity Update. The format will be didactic with question and answer panel discussion sections.  The intended result of this activity is increased knowledge, competence, performance and enhanced patient care.
