In a world of rapid change and increasing complexity, existing approaches simply won't do it anymore -- at least not for long. Thus, the ability to not only update and refresh existing products and services but also to generate ideas for new-to-the-world offerings becomes indispensable. Students who have mastered the skills of creative thinking and doing and who can foster those skills in others are therefore in a postiion to add tremendous value to their firms and, ultimately, to society. This course is designed to help students understand and begin to master those skills.
