Degrees offered: Minor Biomedical Engineering The Department of Biomedical Engineering offers five degree options, including a bachelor’s, combined bachelor’s/master’s, master’s, master of engineering, and PhD. Students will integrate the analytical, modeling, and systems approaches of engineering to the multi-scale problems of biology and medicine. Degrees offered: Bachelor's Master's (Part-time) Master's (Full-time) PhD Imaging Science Graduate programs in imaging science broadly address the design and optimization of imaging systems and the extraction of information from images and builds on contributions from a variety of science and mathematics fields. Degrees offered: Master's PhD Graduate Certificate Computer Science & Engineering Bioinformatics The Department of Biology and Department of Computer Science & Engineering have designed bioinformatics minor to serve students from both departments as well as other students from the natural sciences and engineering with an interest in this field. Degrees offered: Minor Bachelor's MEng Master's PhD Computer Science + Economics The McKelvey School of Engineering and the College of Arts & Sciences developed the Computer Science + Economics major to offer students a structured, flexible path of learning from both disciplines in the most effective way in view of their future careers.
