The Employee Relations Team – How we help The Employee Relations team works on behalf of all employees to help ensure positive working relationships throughout the University. Employee relations professionals offer faculty and staff a wealth of support, including consultation, policy guidance, conflict resolution and training to facilitate a mutually respectful work environment for all. In addition, the Employee Relations team functions as the primary area for investigating Human Resources’ policy violations and reviewing employee concerns.
