If you are able to volunteer, please complete the appropriate form and our planning teams for the ceremonies will be in touch later this spring.  Volunteer for the Graduate Hooding and Recognition Ceremony on Friday, May 10 The ceremony begins promptly at 3:00 p.m. and will conclude no later than 5:00 p.m. Please note that most volunteer shifts will fall within the time frame of 1:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Volunteer for the Undergraduate Recognition Ceremony on Sunday, May 12 The ceremony begins promptly at 8:30 a.m. and will conclude no later than 11:30 a.m. Please note that most volunteer shifts will fall within the time frame of 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Looking for information for ceremony participants?
